High efficiency electrodeless UV lamp is a kind of ultraviolet light source which ionizes the rarefied gas and emits light in the high energy microwave field. Its lamp tube has neither filament nor electrode, but is filled with a small amount of luminous gas and luminous material in the vacuum quartz tube.
High efficiency UV curing lamp advantage
1: the lamp tube has no electrode, the end of the lamp tube will not turn black, and the service life is more than 10,000 hours.
2: quick start and restart.There is no need to use the shutter and its associated mechanical device.
3: when the infrared radiation is low: 5 meters /min linear velocity, the curing temperature is 45 plus or minus 5.
4: ultraviolet light output is strong, the intensity is more than 5 times the traditional pole lamp, more than 60% of the power saving compared with traditional lamps.
5: simple structure, easy to use and maintain
